There are many factors that affect pricing, but the basic price is determined by size and quantity. The larger your patches, the more they will cost per piece. Conversely, the more patches you order, the less they will cost per piece. Certain other less common factors may increase the price, including but not limited to: embroidery coverage, the quantity of thread color, backings, special upgrade, etc.

Product

We have 7 different types of patches, including embroidered patches, woven patches, leather patches, bullion patches, printed patches, and chenille patches. Made from different materials, these patches are found in a variety of colors and shapes to suit your need.

If you're looking for a more permanent solution, you should consider the iron-on backing. This type of patch is good for approximately 20-30 washings. We recommend using a hot cut border if the patches are going to be ironed on.

The tape backing is for temporary application, but it's still an excellent addition to any trade show or event. It can be peel and stick, so it's easy to put on and take off. And the glue is very sticky, so it will hold fast. We recommend a hot cut border for patches with tape backs.

We can use the hot cut border to make your patch into any shape you want. Usually, round, square, rectangular, triangular or oval patches will have a merrowed border. Our path design system provides a variety of shapes for you to choose from.

Yes, we can, however, the minimum size of the patch would depend on the level of detail in the design.

We can make patches up the 12” width or height.

We can add a Velcro or iron-on backing for your convenience upon request, additional fees would apply.

Simply take the average of your width and height. For example, the overall size of a 2 x 3 inch patch is 2.5 inches. Use this size to determine price.

There are a lot of colors in our design system for you to choose from. If you have a specified color number, we will also match one of our available thread colors according to the color number you provide.

We can do multiple color versions on your order, however due to the production process, pricing will vary depending on the number of different colors.

The printed patch has a smooth surface. The thread of embroidery patch is thicker, and the thread of woven patch is thinner.

Absolutely. Use our design system to choose the image, background, and merrow color. From beginning to end, the process of making your order is completely custom and personalized.

You can choose the color you want in our design system, and we will arrange the production according to your requirements. When choosing your merrow color, it is a good idea to try to match the border color with the color elements present in your design. This helps to tie the whole custom patch together and make it look professional and stylish.

There are many types of clothing patches: embroidery, woven, printed, letaher, chenille and buillion patches. The embroidery patches, woven patches and printed patches are the most common. With embroidered patches, the custom design is embroidered with threads on a twill base. In woven patches, the thinner threads are used so they are stitched together in a continuous design, and don’t have additional garment base. In printed patches, an artwork design, photograph, or text is printed with ink onto fabric.

Printed patches are perfect for those who want to easily create, order, apply, and use patches multiple times. They have no color restrictions, so any other detailed artwork on your logo, photo, or custom patch will look similar to the original image. Printed patches are more practical and longer lasting - they are completely washable, dry clean and fade resistant. Small text, colors, gradients and shadows can be clearly reproduced on the printed patches. The printed patch is lighter than the embroidery patch, and the surface is flat and smooth, so it can be easily attached to more complex garments. Generally speaking, mass production of printed patches is faster and cheaper.

You can use custom patches to personalize your own clothing. Personalized patches look great on denim jackets, shirts, hoodies, skirts, trucker hats and baseball caps, or on your handbags, backpacks and luggages. They will never be confused with others!
